We often find ourselves focusing on times when we get things wrong and we hear more often from the disgruntled customer rather than from the happy one.
We don’t always get it right but a lot of hard work and effort goes in to delivering our products via our couriers to the customer, so it is always lovely to get good feedback.
I thought I would share these lovely words that have just come in on email. I have withheld the name but the email is 100% genuine.

I ordered a sea food platter from yourselves as a gift for father’s day. My dad has just received it and was absolutely thrilled, he said he was amazed to see so much lovely fresh seafood. He is 92 and it’s really difficult to buy something he might like, he’s always loved seafood and I was somewhat dubious about ordering this type of product online. I needn’t have worried….. he said everything was cold, packed in ice and looked really fresh. I was really moved by how excited he was to receive it and guess I wanted you guys know that you’ve made my dad very happy – So thanks very much, I won’t hesitate in recommending you to my family and friends.
