Instructions - Preheat the oven to Gas mark 6, 200ºC, 400ºF.
- You may want to prepare your noodles at this stage.
- Combine the honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and seasoning and pour over the salmon. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the spring onions, noodles, chilli sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce. Season to taste.
- Oil four squares of greaseproof paper (10"/25cm x 8"/20cm). Place half of the noodle mixture onto each sheet of greaseproof and place the salmon on top. Fold down the top of the paper and screw up the sides to form cracker shapes and place onto a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes. Carefully remove the salmon and the noodles from the paper and serve with stir-fried vegetables.
