Steamed Eggs & Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
  • butter
  • 4 free range eggs
  • black pepper
  • single cream

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter the inside of 4 ramekins and cover the bottom of each ramekin with flakes of Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon .
  2. Crack an egg into each ramekin, adding a grinding of black pepper.
  3. Steam over a pan of boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Remove from the steamer and pour a teaspoon of single cream on top of each egg
  5. Serve immediately with warm wholemeal rolls and butter.
  6. A special breakfast
