- Lightly butter the inside of 4 ramekins and cover the bottom of each ramekin with flakes of Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon .
- Crack an egg into each ramekin, adding a grinding of black pepper.
- Steam over a pan of boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from the steamer and pour a teaspoon of single cream on top of each egg
- Serve immediately with warm wholemeal rolls and butter.
