Ingredients - 2 cups (500 ml) lobster meat, cooked
- 2 cups (500 ml) shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) green onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) carrot, coarsely grated
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen peas
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup (175 ml) natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon (10 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) dill
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) bacon bits
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) Parmesan cheese

Instructions - In a glass bowl, layer lettuce, onion, carrot, peas, lobster and cheese.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
- Combine remaining ingredients and serve with salad.
