Zingy Prawn Cups
A very quick and easy canapé recipe full of fresh zingy flavours.
Serves 12 as canapés
- 12 mini Croustades
- ½ red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of ½ lime
- 100g cooked peeled prawns
Cooked peeled prawns are available to buy by weight from the Ramus Deli Counter.
- Gently mash the prawns in a bowl.
- Add in the chilli, coriander, lime zest and juice and mix together.
- Divide evenly between the mini cases and serve immediately.
