Zingy Prawn Cups

A very quick and easy canapé recipe full of fresh zingy flavours.

Serves 12 as canapés

  • 12 mini Croustades
  • ½ red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 100g cooked peeled prawns

Top Tips

Cooked peeled prawns are available to buy by weight from the Ramus Deli Counter.



  1. Gently mash the prawns in a bowl.
  2. Add in the chilli, coriander, lime zest and juice and mix together.
  3. Divide evenly between the mini cases and serve immediately.
