How To Cook

The steaks can be pan-fried, grilled or baked. The ‘meaty’ firmness makes it easy to barbeque, skewer or cook in a stew as it won’t easily fall apart. Avoid creamy, buttery sauces due to the high oil content. Best combined with strong, sharp or spicy flavours.

Fish Fact

Swordfish is the fastest swimming fish in the ocean.
