Complaints by email or left on our answerphone shall be acknowledged within 24 hours of being received and all complaints will be dealt with within 5 working days of being acknowledged. All complaints are considered with utmost seriousness and shall be dealt with personally to ensure a swift and fair resolution. All complaints shall be confidential. A record shall be kept of all complaints received in order to ensure our services can be continually reviewed and improved.
